We are based in Seattle, but our legal reach extends across the nation.

Some of our recent litigation includes work with parents throughout the U.S. whose families have suffered from defective toys coming out of China. We have already secured multi-million dollar settlements to families in 10 states, with additional cases coming up for trial. The work we have done with these cases has led to several nationwide recalls of toys created by major U.S. companies.

We also specialize in aviation law with injured passengers and crew in airplane and helicopter accidents, as well as reaching out in railroad and maritime cases. Since our firm's beginning we have successfully litigated several cases involving port workers, airline passengers and those in the railroad business.

Additionally, our firm also specializes in trampoline park injuries. Trampoline accidents nationwide resulted in 92,000 emergency room visits in 2010, and the numbers are on the rise. Several parents in the Pacific Northwest, who recently filed lawsuits against the highest grossing trampoline parks in the Puget Sound area after their children suffered broken bones and fractures while using the facility.
