Most recently, Rogoff served as Director of Washington’s Office of Independent Investigations, where he led the state’s effort to conduct independent investigations into police use of deadly force. In that role, he built and managed a team focused on accountability, transparency, and public trust in the justice system.
Earlier in his career, Rogoff served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of Washington, prosecuting violent crime, illegal firearms cases, and gang-related offenses. He also spent more than a decade as a Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in King County, where he focused on domestic violence and sexual assault cases.
Rogoff’s early career also included private practice, where he represented both criminal defendants and personal injury plaintiffs. He now returns to personal injury work with a rare combination of trial experience, judicial perspective, and leadership at the highest levels of the justice system.
